UI & UX designer jobs

• Design intutive user interface (UI) for different products and services of the company.


• Create a pleasant user experience (UX) for the customers of the company, while they use it's products and services.


• Responsible for all aspects of website design, and social media profile designs, in order to better different business metrics, UI, and UX.


• Landing page optimization of different webpages in order to minimize bounce rate, increase engagement, and maximize conversion rate.


• Good understanding of the different aspects of presenting website information architecture.


• Presentation of relevant information to satisfy the needs of the customers at different stages of a transaction.


• Conduct A/B testing, and multi variate testing, in order to fine tune different parameters.


• Good understanding of at least the basic concepts of statistics and probability, in order to infer the results of different tests.


• Ability to identify the different patterns that are revealed during testing.


• Design new tests, based on previous test results, and to keep iterating them to find the optimum solution for UI and UX problems.


• Ability to keenly observe customers interaction with the products and services of the company, in order to identify problems.


• Make required modifications to alleviate the problems of the customers as they interact with company's products.


• Give feedback to engineers about the functionlity that needs to be developed in order for the customers to have better UI, UX, and improve business metrics.


• The job also involves logo design.


• Designing creatives for online or offline ads or posters.


• Creation of succinct narratives of the company’s products and services.


• Ideation and creation of social media and viral marketing campaigns.


• Comfortable in using or learning how to use relevant software tools - image editor, video editor etc.


• Linux (Ubuntu) is the only operating system used in the company. Therefore, you should know how to use it or have the ability to learn it quickly, with the initial guidance of the company's engineers.


• All other related work for the success of the company.
